Here is what most people think is happening:

“I click Contact Agent and it connects me to the listing agent or the best local expert.”

Here is what is actually happening a lot of the time:

You are being routed to whoever paid for that zip code or whoever the platform automatically chooses in that moment. Sometimes that person is amazing. Sometimes it is someone who has never worked in your neighborhood of interest. And sometimes it is me because I am plugged in and working hard to meet serious buyers and sellers just like you.

The truth is simple.

The algorithm is not a matchmaker.

It does not know your goals, your lifestyle, your must haves, or your deal breakers. It does not understand the difference between Cadence and Inspirada or why being on the right side of Saint Rose Parkway can change your commute by twenty minutes. It does not know that you need RV parking. Or that you saw one scorpion on TikTok and now refuse to live near desert landscaping.

Las Vegas is not an average market.
